Very comfy footbedI was very impressed with the comfort of the footbed of the Chaco Z/2. The arch support is fantastic, although I felt like my heel wasn't sitting far enough back into the heel-cup - possibly a strap adjustment would correct this. Having said that, I will also say that the straps can be quite a challenge. The strap across the foot is one continuous strap so to adjust one you must adjust the whole thing. I found that as I walked the toe strap would tighten down to an uncomfortable level. I would have to remove the shoe and adjust the straps again. The straps that attatch to the heel did rub on my foot some to the point of discomfort. This may decrease in time as the shoe gets broken-in. I emailed customer service for the seller and they were prompt and helpful with their response. I did return the shoe because of the toe-strap issue. Customer service, again, was very helpful and sent me a UPS label to print making the return very easy. I ordered the Z/1 and hope they work out.......READ MORE REVIEW
