Strength for my anklesI broke my ankle twice last year and part of my physical therapy was done on a wobble mat. The midsole on these shoes are a type of wobble mat that make your ankles work to keep your balance. I can really tell a difference between my weaker ankle that has been broken and my strong ankle. You do have to work up to wearing these for an extended amount of time as your legs will tire.
