Comfortable and StylishFive years ago I bought my first pair of Merrell sandals while on vacation. I cringed at the price, but fell in love with the comfort and style, and bought them as a vacation treat for myself. They turned out to be the most amazing, supportive, comfortable pair of sandals I ever owned, and despite wearing them nearly year-round for just about every outdoor activity you can think of (hiking, walking on the beach, concerts, casual parties, etc.,) they lasted very well. I finally had to replace them not because they wore out, but because they were dirty beyond cleaning. The Hollyleaf style was the closest to my old pair that I could find with the thick band across the top of the foot, which I loved because they were so supportive and relatively quiet for a pair of flip-flops. Turns out these are as comfortable and even more stylish than my old pair, and just as quiet.
